Tax filings the German tax authority can verify.
TaxioAI is the Germany-first B2B platform for gastronomy SMBs and their tax advisors. We ingest the document evidence, validate it through a deterministic rule engine seeded from official German tax-ministry guidance, and ship a reviewable filing draft — every value sourced to a specific document, every rule traceable, every decision logged. Never an unsupervised submission.
Evidence lineageEvery filing value links back to a source document.
Rules decideAI extracts; deterministic validation accepts or flags.
Document evidence in. Reviewable filing draft out.
Evidence ingestion
Vendor invoices and bank statements, uploaded as they arrive. A separate Python/FastAPI extraction service reads each document and attaches a confidence score to every value. Anything below threshold is routed to advisor review, not silently accepted.
Deterministic rules
Every rule has an id (DOC-CLASS-001) and one of three severities: Blocker, Warning, Info. A Blocker stops period approval until an advisor explicitly overrides it. The rules encode real German gastronomy law — the 7% vs 19% eat-in/takeaway VAT split, the €250 receipt-vs-invoice input-tax threshold. AI extracts; rules decide.
Advisor workspace
Tax advisors see every flagged value, every rule that fired, every extraction confidence. Approve, override, or send back for evidence — an audit event records every mutation of tenant data. Tenant isolation is enforced in the data layer, across all 19 modules from Banking and Bookkeeping to AdvisorVerification and AuditCompliance. DATEV-familiar export workflows are on the roadmap.
Controlled export
Outputs are reviewable filing drafts on official tax-authority forms, auto-synced and synthesized — not hand-coded. German coverage today: UStVA, Anlage EÜR, and the Anlage EÜR Gastronomie template. The EU ladder is seeded: form catalogs for NL (BTW), FR (CA3), ES (Modelo 303), and IT (Agenzia Entrate). Never autonomous submission; the taxpayer or advisor pulls the trigger.
Who it’s for
Operators drowning in document work. Advisors scaling judgment, not headcount.
German gastronomy SMBsRestaurants, cafés, and small hospitality operators drowning in document-heavy tax workflows that don’t scale by hiring more help.
Tax advisorsAdvisor firms scaling client volume by spending less time on evidence-shuffling and more time on judgment calls only humans should make.
